- 1/2 lime, cut in two quarters.
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 4 black berries
- 170ml pomegranate juice
- 80ml diet lemonade
- Fresh mint sprig, to serve
- Add the mint and lime to a tall glass and bash with the back of a spoon to release the flavours.
- Add the black berries and top the glass with ice.
- Pour in the pomegranate juice and lemonade and using a tall bar spoon, mix everything together.
- Top with a fresh mint sprig to serve.
