If you’re wondering why you can’t stick to your diet, really think about what you’re trying to achieve. It’s always best to strive for incremental change than losing 40 pounds in 2 weeks. These goals are good, but you’ll probably be off the mark by quite a bit if you’re really trying to get there. If you don’t meet the mark, you may just stop the diet altogether.
