TASTY HEALTHY RECIPES FOR DRINKS

In our quest to find the best in tasty healthy recipes, we generally skew towards various snacks, desserts, and meals - not necessarily our homemade drinks. In an effort to correct that, we’re going to give you a few of our favorite drinks that we’ve found through trial and error. After making them - making, testing, drinking and making again - we’re confident that you’ll love them, too.

We’re also people who aren’t interested in doing a lot if we don’t have to, so you can rest assured that they’re easy enough for you to recreate at home. Most of this is just popping down to the shop and grabbing the ingredients.

Champagne Mocktail

This mocktail is our favorite. It’s a simple healthy recipe that is almost as classic as its alcoholic counterpart. While the signature bite is admittedly a little lacking, we think that the ginger ale offers a reasonable substitute. Mixed along with sparkling grape juice, pineapple juice and strawberry, it’s a light and delightful drink that is as nourishing as it is refreshing.

Fruit Punch

Fruit punch is probably one of the most popular drinks in the world, so that alone warrants its inclusion in a really tasty healthy recipes list. It’s unfortunate that many recipes add way too much sugar than we think should be, leaving us out in the cold if we want a decent fruit punch that won’t add a pound per sip.

There’s plenty of fruit to love - oranges, lime, apple juice - so it’s exactly what you’re considering, but not so sweet that you recoil.

Pomegranate and Blackberry Mojito

Who doesn’t love mojitos?  This recipe needed to be on this list for looks alone. ThFull of personality, the pomegranate and blackberry mojito combines mint, lime, blackberries, and lemonade to assemble a bold and confident drink that is only 114 calories per serving.

Mango Gin Fizz

Last but not least, the mango gin fizz is a great addition because, well, it’s good and there’s alcohol in it. Throw together a bit of frozen mango, gin, lemonade, and lime - you’ve got a refreshing summer drink and an even better really tasty healthy recipe.
