Why did you decide to start Results with Lucy?
I started RWL as I had become very unfit and unhealthy after I got married. We ate food that we thought was quick and easy but I have learnt healthy food can be exactly that too! I wanted to feel confident in myself again and regain positivity about food and exercise.
What is your favourite RwL plan?
I love mixing all the workouts, the variety of workouts is the main reason I love RWL. It’s exciting and interesting and I finally enjoy exercising! I have just started HIIT harder and it’s fair to say....I absolutely love it so far!
What is one piece of advice you would give to others?
Just give it a go! Start with whatever you can stick to consistently, and enjoy! Find out what exercises and recipes you love and it will become a lifestyle rather than a chore!
