I could feel my body changing as I got into my 30's (and after 3 children!) and RWL has helped me to get back on track and feel physically fitter and stronger and more aware of taking care of myself. I love the variety of workouts available and that I can fit them into my busy lifestyle and do them from home.


Once piece of advice to anyone who is thinking about joining: 

Stay consistent! Even if you have a bad day or a bad week just get back on it...pick up where you left off and remember that this isn't a diet but a lifestyle choice of balancing healthy food and exercise but enjoying treats too! Results weren't instant for me but looking at the changes over the months that I can see and feel in myself I am so glad I started and didn't give up.
