Results With Bump program offers workouts suitable for women pre and post-natally, structured in a way to support you throughout your journey. The post-natal aspect includes workouts you can do with your baby as a way to allow you to do your exercise at a time suitable for you and your family.
Our Results with Bump program focuses on promoting a healthy and active pregnancy while you await the arrival of your precious baby, and aims to help you with your recovery from birth once your baby has arrived into the world.
The Results with Bump workouts begin at Trimester 2, Week 13 as this falls in line with your second trimester which is the recommended time that your GP will generally advise that you can work out from when pregnant.
Feel free to choose a workout schedule that works around your life and remember to listen to your body. Rest when you need rest and move when you feel up to it.
Join Hannah and Jane as they guide you through our Results with Bump program using a space ball, exercise mat and resistance bands as your main pieces of workout equipment!
Ensuring that you and your baby are getting all of the best nutrition throughout your pregnancy is easy with the RwL Recipe Bank! Mix and Match from our recipe bank and know you are safely fueling your body in a healthy way. We also offer a filter to show you which recipes are suitable for pregnancy!
