Here at Results with Lucy, we offer our members workouts suitable for all ability levels, starting points and exercise interests.
We have over 1000 workout videos available for our members, including our signature 3 phase Your New Body program.
Your New Body is aimed at complete new beginners, or women who have had a break away from fitness for a prolonged period of time.
It is a progressive series of workout plans aimed to take you from a beginner to an intermediate level of fitness, then from an intermediate to an advanced level of fitness 🏋♀
Our Wobble to Model program focuses on strength and toning. This program is designed to further ingrain your progress around nutrition, healthy habits and consistency from New Beginnings to the next level.
Wobble to Model is where you will tighten and tone your whole body. We work you hard, you WILL feel it, but this is what will get you the results! You might notice a slight step up in intensity of workouts but we promise that if you remain consistent and give your 100% best effort you will thank us for it at the end of this 12 week program!

Wobble to Model includes workouts from your favourite trainers where we introduce some circuit training and kettlebell workouts into your exercise! You've got Liam to thank for some circuit style training, Cecilia for kettlebells and Liz for all of your abdominal workout needs!
Nutrition is extremely important. Without the right nutrition, your body will not give you the results you want. All the working out in the world can’t make you healthy if you are not eating well, so be sure not to neglect this area. Our Wobble to Model plan comes with an example meal plan if you wish to follow this, or simply take a look at our Eatwell section for more information on our 11 different diet styles and choose the one that suits you and your lifestyle the most!
The best way to see how well you are doing is to make a note of your measurements when you start the program and then retake them again half way through the plan and then again at the end. Don't forget to make a note of your results each time so you can compare them as you go along! All you need to take the measurements is a tape measure!
Pictures are also a great way for you to see the differences in your body shape as well. Take two photos each of you facing forwards, backwards and side on (both left and right sides). Wear figure hugging clothes or just your underwear to take the photos so you will be able to see your results clearly.
We 100% recommend you take these photographs as you will regret it if you don’t. It is not always easy to see the changes ourselves in the mirror each day however seeing a photo of how you looked at the start and then the changes along the way are a great way to see how fantastic your results are.
