We’re approaching that time where, for some of us, we start to lose pace with our focus towards maintaining our healthy lifestyle changes from the start of the new year. We all know the drill: we promise ourselves a whole new, healthy approach to living “starting January 1st” and then we try to change every single unhealthy aspect of our life in a single day.

This can prove all too much more often than not and the reality of maintaining such a drastic lifestyle change (if our habits weren’t as healthy before we made changes) can all be a bit too tricky to uphold.

This is why we are here to give you a little reminder of the information available to you, to help you to check-in on yourself to ensure that you are making small, sustainable changes to your habits to help you maintain a lifelong change!

Everyone knows that motivation is key to any action or change. Motivation is a habit. We are born with only a couple of instincts, we are not born with motivation. We learn motivation from others around us. What actually motivates and inspires us is a personal thing and unique to each and every one of us.
