🤸♀ Get your body moving! Moving your body in a way that feels good and is healthy for you is self-care! Find a time convenient for you and get it done. Do it at your own pace and do not beat yourself up if there are some moves in some you cannot quite manage YET!
❓ What is your WHY? Remembering your WHY is massive in enabling those of us who can sometimes get a pang of guilt for looking after ourselves before other, to allow some self-care into our lives. Why are you wanting to look after yourself and form healthy, sustainable habits? So that you can live your best life with those around you, of course!
💅🏽 #selfcaresunday Sundays are becoming a popular time for the week for busy individuals to consciously scheduled some quality time dedicated to self-care and preparation for the week ahead. Having a bath, putting on a face mask, doing your nails and spending some time just concentrating on you. This is self-care in its most stereotypical form. But what about taking that a bit further…? Plan and prepare some meals for the week ahead? Make sure your diary is up to date? Go for a brisk walk? Schedule your workouts for the following week?
