Our 6 week Wedding Series of workouts is guaranteed to help you feel your most fabulous on your special day!
We know it can be hard to fit everything around planning your wedding so feel free to choose a workout schedule that works around you but we suggest you work out 3-4 times a week to get the best results.
Each of our Wedding Series workouts range from 8 minutes, to 58 minutes and includes a mixture of workouts:
- Cardio 💨
- Yoga 🧘♀
- Pilates 💫
- Arms 🏋♀
- Booty 🍑
Nutrition is extremely important. Without the right nutrition, your body will not give you the results you want. All the working out in the world can’t make you healthy if you are not eating well, so be sure not to neglect this area.
The 'EatWell' feature (part of Fitness, Food and Mindset) will offer you access to hundreds of recipes which you can use to form your meal plan each week. If you click on 'EatWell' you will find information on all of our diet styles, simply choose one that you feel will best suit your lifestyle and then form your meal plan around this using the filters available on the recipe bank.
Or, if you do not wish to follow a particular diet style, simply workout your suggested calorie intake using our calorie calculator and build your meal plan around this. All of our recipes state how many calories they contain.
The best way to see how well you are doing is to make a note of your measurements when you start the program and then retake them again half way through the plan and then again at the end. Don't forget to make a note of your results each time so you can compare them as you go along! All you need to take the measurements is a tape measure!
Pictures are also a great way for you to see the differences in your body shape as well. Take two photos each of you facing forwards, backwards and side on (both left and right sides). Wear figure hugging clothes or just your underwear to take the photos so you will be able to see your results clearly.
We 100% recommend you take these photographs as you will regret it if you don’t. It is not always easy to see the changes ourselves in the mirror each day however seeing a photo of how you looked at the start and then the changes along the way are a great way to see how fantastic your results are.
