The Workouts 💦
Well that is the second week of Beach Body with Lucy complete ✔ and I really really enjoyed it 🤗 I must admit I am feeling a bit low on energy this week due to being unwell 🤧 but you know what, we all have these times and it is about listening to your body. Life gets in the way sometimes but I have tried my best ❤ I have enjoyed the live classes this week in particular! 🎥
I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my Beach Body with Lucy workouts this week! There is nothing more satisfying than finishing a workout, knowing you’ve given it 100% and have done something positive for your body and mind ☀ I am just loving this year’s Beach Body with Lucy program!
The Nutrition 🍴
I have eaten some yummy meals this week and my favourite was the Results With Lucy Thai Green Curry which I adapted this to the red one as I prefer it. It was absolutely beautiful - even my partner ate it!
I also did a really easy Beef Stir Fry from the recipe bank, not many ingredients were needed either 👌🏽
I have been so good with my nutrition this week! I have loved revisiting some recipes that I haven’t had for ages and falling back in love with some of the menus I followed when I first joined Results wuth Lucy 3 years ago!
