One question I always get asked is: "Cecilia, how do I get abs?" "Cecilia, how to I get more definition and tone my stomach?".
Well, aside from focusing on your diet and ensuring you are fueling your body in the correct way - abs are made in the kitchen after all ladies (!), there are some moves you can do to help you strengthen and tighten your abdominal...
My suggestion would be to do 10 repetitions of each exercise and repeat 3 times!
