How do I get my unique code to download the App?

Email to receive your unique code and instructions on how to download the app. You will have access to the app for as long as you're a paying Fitness, Food & Mindset member.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password please click 'login' and then select 'forgotten your password' this will then ask you to enter your email address, once you have done this you will be emailed a new password.

If you still have trouble trying to login after using your new password please contact us at support.

I cannot access my account?

If you are having trouble accessing your account please check the following steps.

You are using the correct username and password

You are using uppercase and lowercase correctly as login details are case sensitive

If you still cannot login after checking the above please contact us at support.

I have reset my password but have not received a new password?

If you have reset your password using the 'forgotten password' link and have not received an email with your new password please check your spam/junk folder first and if it doesn't appear still, then contact us at support.

How do I change my password?

Click "Account" on the right hand panel, Click "Billing" and then select the "Reset Password" button.

I have used the 7 day free trial when will my first payment be taken?

If you have used our 7 day free trial offer and are wondering when your first payment will be taken. This will be taken on the 8th day after sign up so for example if you subscribed on the 1st January then your first payment will be taken on the 8th January. Your monthly payment will then be taken on the 8th every month after that.

You will need to cancel within the 7 day trial for your payment not to be taken.

How do i cancel my subscription

To cancel your subscription please go to 'your account' and under 'your subscriptions' section you will see your active subscriptions and the cancel button. If you have any trouble please contact support..

Once i have cancelled, will i have the access i have paid for?

If you have cancelled your subscription with RWL you will still have access for the month you have paid for.

For example if your monthly payment was taken on the 1st January and you cancelled on the 15th January, you will still have access to your plan until the 1st February. If you have any problems please contact us at support.
