Resistance bands are the perfect little buddy to add to your training. Better than using a towel or scarf, these resistance bands will really test your muscles to make them work harder.
If you’re a beginner or recovering from an injury, go for the light band. If you’re already pretty fit or used to resistance training, go for medium.

To maximise the life of your resistance band, always lay flat and dust with talcum powder from time to time.
