What was your situation before joining RWL? 

I have always been down about the way I look , I have tried different diets an excersise things, I wasn’t really over weight but didn’t like the way I look and felt tierd snappy most of the time . Something needed to change couldn’t keep moaning !!!

What were your fears and worries about joining RWL? How do you feel about those fears now?

After I signed up I did think oh no I’m never going to stick to this it looks hard an not something for a busy working mum of two !! But how different it turn out to be it’s worked fantastically with my life and will continue to do so !!! Fab

What specific physical and mental changes have you seen in yourself since starting Results with Lucy?

I’m a lot more confident In myself I wear different clothes and feel good in them , I’m much more energetic and less snappy!! I have a new zest for food and exercise x

Wobble to Model and Six Pack Abs

Weight after completing your RWL plans: 

7 stone 10lbs

What was your situation before joining RWL? 

Just like Lucy, I was never overweight, but my body was not in the best shape, I had stubborn cellulite and was just not happy or confident in myself. I have never had motivation to get myself to the gym and despite saying I would sign up to results with lucy, I never actually got round to it. When my fiancé bought me the Wobble to Model plan for Christmas, I knew I had to give it a go for me. The first couple of weeks were hit and miss with motivation, but as I started to see results, the more hooked I became. I am absolutely amazed at how much I have changed inside and out both physically and mentally.

What were your fears and worries about joining RWL? How do you feel about those fears now?

I have always struggled with motivation and I always had an excuse as to why I didn’t have time to exercise and worried I would not commit. I now plan my day’s around my exercise plan. I plan my busy days for rest days and always schedule in my workouts before making other plans. I plan and prepare meals and am amazed at how easy and natural it all is now.

What specific physical and mental changes have you seen in yourself since starting Results with Lucy?

The changes in myself are overwhelming. I started rwl for my body, but now that is just a byproduct of doing something I love. I feel dramatically better in myself. I feel healthier, have more energy, and am much happier and more confident. I cannot thank lucy, cecilia and the rest of the team enough for changing my whole lifestyle and attitudes towards excersize and eating well. I never thought I’d achieve so much in such a short space of time and am truly grateful.

Which RWL plan have you completed?

Wobble to Model, Beach Body and Six Pack Abs

Before weight:

13 stone

Weight after completing your RWL plans: 

9 stone 9lbs

What was your situation before joining RWL? 

Regularly exercised but always carried out cardio. Completed six pack abs last year before my holidays and seen big results. Needed to lose excess fat and tone up. Didn’t like exercise as I didn’t really enjoy myself whilst doing it.

What were your fears and worries about joining RWL? How do you feel about those fears now?

Wasn’t sure whether it would just be another exercise DVD but because of the variety of exercises throughout all plans this attitude soon changed! Didn’t want it to be another exercise plan that I enjoyed but dwindled off from after a few weeks!

What specific physical and mental changes have you seen in yourself since starting Results with Lucy?

Mentally prepared to exercise on a daily basis and enjoy what I’m doing. Physically I am a lot fitter and much more toned up than I have ever been! Motivated to complete different plans and have received so many compliments since beginning last year! Have not done the plans constantly but done 3 plans in the past year and have seen huge changed physically! Can’t thank Lucy and Cecilia enough!!

Solo, New Beginnings and Beach Body

Weight after completing your RWL plans: 

9 stone 8lbs

What was your situation before joining RWL? 

I was unhealthy, unfit and badly educated on what was good for my body. I had tried other “diets” before but was still filling my body with artificial sweeteners and processed food due to my lack of knowledge. I joined the gym in an attempt to lose weight but never comfortable working out in front of other people. I had no clue to what I should be doing in a gym and couldn’t afford PT sessions. I had tried so many quick fixes but was in need of a complete lifestyle change.

What were your fears and worries about joining RWL? How do you feel about those fears now?

I had tried so many things in an attempt to lose weight and tone up and failed on so many occasions. I really didn’t want to fail again. I struggle to keep myself motivated and get frustrated if I don’t results.

Amazing! I haven’t failed. I’ve worked my arse off to get good results and in such a short amount of time too! The RWL community and team has picked me up on every low.

What specific physical and mental changes have you seen in yourself since starting Results with Lucy?

Physically I’ve noticed a massive change is my legs. These were always my problem area. They’re now toned and strong. I’m also slowly losing cellulite on my legs and bum. I’ve lost a lot of fluff from my stomach and starting to see definition coming through. Seeing results keeps me motivated.

Mentally, I’ve become stronger. I’ve realised if I really put my all into something I really can do it. I have more energy and don’t feel as tired as before. I’ve been educated on the right foods to eat and realised sometimes it’s okay to rest and recharge.
